These Terms of Sale ("Terms of Sale") govern the purchase and use of all digital goods and virtual items, including the IraStreaming Points and subscriptions, through the IraStreaming Service. These Terms of Sale are incorporated into and form part of the overall IraStreaming Terms of Use.
"Digital Goods" include, but are not limited to, IraStreaming Points (used for tipping/gifting Creators), monthly or recurring channel Subscriptions, and access to Exclusive Content (e.g., premium streams or video-on-demand).
Pricing: All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices for Digital Goods are subject to change without notice.
Payment: You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using your account. Payment must be made through the approved payment methods offered on the Service.
You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that all payment information you provide is true and accurate. If your payment is not authorized or is reversed, your purchase, and potentially your access to the Service, may be terminated or suspended.
IraStreaming Points are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use certain features of the Service.
No Cash Value: Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, property, goods, or other services outside of the IraStreaming Service.
Non-Transferable: Points cannot be transferred between users or accounts.
Revocable: IraStreaming reserves the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Points at any time.
Points may be used to virtually "gift" or "tip" participating Creators on the Service. When you send Points to a Creator, you permanently relinquish control of those Points, and they become the property of IraStreaming, subject to the Creator's revenue share agreement.
IraStreaming Points may expire if they are not used within a set period (e.g., twelve (12) months) from the date of purchase. Any expiration policy will be clearly communicated upon purchase.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring, periodic basis (e.g., monthly). You authorize IraStreaming (or its third-party payment processor) to charge your designated payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that date. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period upon cancellation.
All sales of Digital Goods are final and non-refundable.
Once purchased, IraStreaming Points are not refundable or exchangeable. The moment a point is used for a gift or tip, the transaction is irreversible and cannot be refunded.
We will honor refund obligations as required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If you are entitled to a refund under law, we may grant it in the form of a cash refund, a credit to your account, or other form of compensation as determined by us.
If your account is terminated or suspended for violating the Terms of Use, you will forfeit any unused Points or remaining subscription time, and no refund will be issued.
If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must contact our Customer Support team at billing@[YourCompanyDomain].com within thirty (30) days of the date of the charge. Failure to contact us within this period waives your right to dispute the charge.
You are responsible for all sales, use, value-added, or other governmental taxes, fees, or duties payable in connection with your purchase of Digital Goods. We are responsible for collecting and remitting taxes as legally required.
IraStreaming reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will notify you of material changes by placing a notice on the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service or purchase of Digital Goods after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Sale.
